About role
We are looking for a high-agency operator to function as the intellectual engine for our Re-Engagement and Sales teams. This is not a back-office reporting role; it is a strategic position where you will bridge the gap between data product and revenue.
Your primary mission is toidentify size and drive strategic bets worth $10M in annualized revenue.You will be the person who looks at the data finds the hidden gold in our user base (e.g. a specific AI calling workflow or a dormant user segment) and operationalizes the strategy to capture it.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The $10M Bets (Strategy & incubation):
- Opportunity Scouting:proactively analyze our user base and sales data to find step-change opportunities. You wont just report on growth; you will proposewherethe next $10M comes from.
- Sizing the Prize:Build robust financial models to validate your hypotheses. (e.g.If we switch these 5000 leads from SMS to AI Voice we add $2.4M in ARR. Here is the model.)
- Pilot-to-Scale:Own the incubation phase of these high-value projects. You will run the initial pilots prove the unit economics and then build the playbook for the wider team to scale.
- Conversational Intelligence & AI Ops:
- Quality & Efficacy Analysis:Monitor our AI Calling/Texting agents. Analyze transcripts to detect hallucinations latency issues or poor objection handling.
- Script Optimization:Use data to rewrite the prompts and scripts our AI uses to maximize conversion.
- Human vs. AI Benchmarking:Constantly compare the performance of our AI agents against human sales reps to determine the optimal hand-off point.
- Lifecycle Intelligence:
- Funnel Forensics:Deep-dive into our re-engagement funnel. Why did Cohort A reactivate at 15% but Cohort B only at 5%
- Initiative Tracking:Own the Scorecard for all major Lifecycle initiatives. You are the truth-teller who flags when a project is off-track.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Top-Tier Education:MBA fromISB IIM (A/B/C) or equivalent.
- Founder Mentality:You have a track record of identifying a problem and fixing it without being asked. You can point to a project where you generated tangible revenue or cost savings.
- Commercial Acumen:You understand Unit Economics (CAC LTV Payback Period) inside and out. You can look at a spreadsheet and instantly spot if a $10M bet is real or just a fantasy.
- Data Fluency:Excel/Google Sheets mastery is non-negotiable. SQL knowledge is a massive plus.
- Tech-Forward:Experience analyzing or implementingConversational AI(Gong Chorus Vapi Bland AI) is highly preferred.
- Experience inManagement Consulting(MBB/Big 4) orVenture Capital(sourcing/sizing deals).
- Previous experience scaling a specific revenue channel from $0 to $1M
