Base pay in range will be determined by applicants skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the companys 401(k) program.

Responsible for physical plant operations of large senior housing and healthcare campus to include: safety and security systems; maintenance and repair activities; buildings and grounds; housekeeping; and contracted services in accordance with current federal state and local standards/regulations and company policies.

Education and Experience
A minimum of five to seven years progressively responsible experience in a multi-building campus required. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience required. Associates Degree or equivalent education required. Degree in engineering or related field a plus. Experience in senior living strongly preferred.
Certifications Licenses and Other Special Requirements
Valid State Drivers License required for vehicle travel as needed.
Management/Decision Making
Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department. Uses sound judgment and experience to solve complex problems based on precedent example reasonableness or a combination of these.
Knowledge and Skills
Possesses extensive knowledge of a distinct skill or function and a thorough understanding of the organization and work environment. Has working knowledge of a functional discipline.
