Development Team Lead (.Net, Azure)

As an Development Team Lead you will combine technical expertise with people leadership to guide a high-performing engineering team. You will be responsible for developing your team members ensuring delivery excellence and driving continuous improvement.

Working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional partners you will align squad objectives with wider business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration quality and growth.

• Act as the line manager for squad members supporting their development and performance

• Lead the planning and execution of team deliverables

• Drive improvements in team effectiveness efficiency and engineering practices

• Provide coaching feedback and mentoring to engineers

• Partner with Product Owners to align technical delivery with business outcomes

• Collaborate with Chapter Leaders and stakeholders on progress and capability development

• Promote a culture of quality accountability and continuous learning

• Implement goal-setting and objective alignment processes

• Strong background in software development (.Net & Azure preferred)

• Solid understanding of quality engineering principles and modern development practices

• Experience leading and motivating engineering teams

• Ability to operate effectively in a complex fast-paced environment

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Passion for people leadership coaching and talent development

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Understanding of modern QA methodologies and frameworks

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken
