Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedGoLang Developer with hands-on exposure toAI-led development practices to build scalable high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools and models to accelerate development improve code quality and design intelligent services while working closely with product and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintainhigh-performance backend services usingGo (Golang)

• Buildscalable microservices and APIs (REST / gRPC)

• ApplyAI-led development practices such as:

  • AI-assisted coding (Copilot ChatGPT CodeWhisperer etc.)

  • Automated code reviews refactoring and test generation

• IntegrateAI/ML models into backend services (inference APIs pipelines feature services)

• Work withdistributed systems concurrency and Go routines

• Optimize application performance memory usage and latency

• Collaborate with data scientists ML engineers and product teams

• Implementsecure reliable and observable systems (logging metrics tracing)

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

• Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency inGo (Golang)

• Solid understanding ofconcurrency channels goroutines

• Experience withmicroservices architecture

• Strong knowledge ofREST APIs / gRPC

• Experience withSQL & NoSQL databases (Postgres MySQL MongoDB Redis)

• Familiarity withDocker & Kubernetes

• Experience withcloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

AI-Led Development Skills

• Hands-on experience usingAI coding assistants to improve development speed and quality

• Understanding ofLLM-based workflows (prompting validation hallucination handling)

• Experience integratingAI/ML services (OpenAI HuggingFace internal ML models)

• Knowledge ofmodel inference APIs embeddings or vector databases is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience withevent-driven systems (Kafka RabbitMQ)

• Exposure toMLOps or AI pipelines

• Knowledge ofTerraform / IaC

• Experience buildingdeveloper platforms or internal tooling

• Background insecurity auth (JWT/OAuth) or token-based systems
