Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Partner Performance & Development
* Conduct performance reviews analyzing partner health and reliability metrics to provide data-driven recommendations
* Execute coaching interventions on operational best practices to achieve and maintain performance benchmarks
* Monitor performance trends and implement proactive interventions to prevent deactivation
* Serve as primary escalation point for partner issues coordinating rapid resolution across internal teams
* Communicate operational impacts program updates and network changes with urgency and clarity to external stakeholders.
Strategic Partnership
* Act as partner advocate channeling feedback to drive systemic improvements across Hub Delivery operations
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and formulate network-level operational improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions addressing partner pain points
Capacity & Growth Management
* Partner with planning teams on volume forecasting and capacity optimization
* Support partner scaling initiatives while maintaining quality standards
* Analyze territory performance data to identify expansion opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
This high-impact role requires strong communication skills analytical problem-solving ability and ownership mentality in ambiguous environments. You will build processes from scratch while driving innovation in Amazons last mile delivery space.
About the team
2 years of sales or account management experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology start-ups or SaaS Platforms

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
