Candidate Profile

2 3 years of dedicated change experience (minimum)
3 5 years total experience in HR change or HRBP roles
Experience working in matrix environments
High agility and adaptability
Strong stakeholder management capability

Preferred Background

Fintech or pharma experience preferred
Exposure to rapid organisational change environments
Tech experience does not need to be in gaming or Flutters specific sector

Not Preferred

Manufacturing or operations-heavy backgrounds

Core Expectation
