- Focused on the people experience of change not traditional HR delivery
- Deliver structured change management initiatives
- Build high-touch relationships with Hyderabad leaders
- Support leadership transitions and hub setup
- Facilitate new hire experience during transformation
- Drive local engagement and change adoption
- 2 3 years of dedicated change experience (minimum)
- 3 5 years total experience in HR change or HRBP roles
- Experience working in matrix environments
- High agility and adaptability
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Fintech or pharma experience preferred
- Exposure to rapid organisational change environments
- Tech experience does not need to be in gaming or Flutters specific sector
- Manufacturing or operations-heavy backgrounds
- Candidate must understand and be comfortable navigating rapid change and scaling environments
