3-5 Must Haves	2-5 years experience with Epic EMR and/or other clinical applications. - Should have 5 Experience in Full Epic implementation Cycle in large healthcare systems Current certifications in Epic Research and relevant modules

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master s degree with 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education training and experience) * Epic Research Certification required; Additional Epic module certifications preferred * 5 years of Epic implementation experience in large healthcare systems * 2-5 years of experience with Epic EMR or related clinical applications * Experience leading teams in Epic Research design build and deployment * Expertise in Research workflows inpatient clinical processes and integrated system functionality * Strong ability to translate business needs into system requirements and technical deliverables * Multiple Epic full-life-cycle implementations preferred * Clinical background preferred
