Job Summary

Title : Business Analyst

Location : Irvine CA Onsite

Quality Management System (QMS) experience to quickly understand an existing system and create / validate functional specifications for modernization.

Must Have:

5 years as Functional SME / BA
Automotive manufacturing domain experience
Strong hands-on experience with QMS including:
- Quality Issue / Concern reporting
- Workflow & case management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
- Correlation / trend analysis across defects and plants
- Supplier quality audits and compliance reporting
Ability to rapidly understand current-state functionality and document functional specs
Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis documentation or validation (preferred)
