Job Opportunity for Travel RN Case Manager
Facility: SUNY Upstate University Hospital
Location: Syracuse NY 13210
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse Case Manager for a 13-week contract assignment in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in care coordination discharge planning utilization review and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Schedule:
- Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Days: 5 Shifts per Week
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Compensation Package:
- Taxable Pay: $1860 per week ($46.50/hour)
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $640 per week ($16.00/hour)
- Total Weekly Gross: $2500 ($62.50/hour blended rate)
Local travelers (within 50 miles) are accepted at a reduced rate.
Time Off Policy:
- Maximum 7 days of RTO permitted per contract.
- No RTO will be approved on the following blackout dates:

7/1 7/6
8/30
9/1
10/31
11/1 11/2
11/26 11/28
12/21 12/31
Required Documentation:

- Active New York RN License
- BLS Certification (AHA Preferred)
- Two Professional References (Manager/Supervisor)

- Immunization Records
- COVID Vaccination Documentation (if required)

- Background Check & Drug Screen (post-offer requirement)
