Tekberry is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Cyber Resilience to support our client a global leader in precision motion control systems serving aerospace defense and industrial markets.

This contract role will support the Technology team and report to the Manager of the Project Management Office with a line of responsibility to the Director of Global IT Service Delivery.
The Cyber Resilience Project Manager will lead multiple workstreams focused on infrastructure security and resilience initiatives across global IT operations. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination financial oversight and executive-level reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Establish refine and manage overall program schedules including timelines deliverables dependencies and critical path tracking
Oversee multiple infrastructure and security workstreams simultaneously effectively managing context switching between related initiatives
Facilitate meetings across data center compute network storage database cloud and security workstreams
Capture and distribute meeting minutes track action items and ensure timely progress toward deliverables
Track and manage deliverable status proactively driving resolution of past-due milestones
Manage financial tracking and forecasting including reconciliation of invoices against capital and operational budgets
Maintain purchase request tracking and update cash flow projections for program workstreams
Prepare executive-level reporting materials and lead program steering committee meetings
Identify document and escalate program risks issues and dependencies
Coach and guide teams through agile planning processes ensuring blockers are identified and removed
Ensure accountability and delivery success from vendors and external partners tracking equipment deliveries and milestone adherence
Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives as part of broader cyber resilience efforts
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
10 years of experience leading IT projects or programs
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in complex IT environments
Foundational understanding of infrastructure and security domains including compute network storage data center cloud and cybersecurity projects
Strong financial tracking and budget management experience
Experience preparing executive-level reporting and facilitating steering committee discussions
Ability to work independently and proactively manage shifting priorities
Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Experience leading infrastructure modernization or resilience initiatives
Familiarity with aerospace defense or regulated manufacturing environments
Experience coaching teams in Agile methodologies
