1. Drive execution ofkey processes associated withquantitative asset management includingquantitative assetidentificationcontrolsexecution andtestingmonitoring and reporting.
2. Advise and educate cross-functional Business Unit partners onquantitative assets andeffective efficient and proactive compliance with the Truist model and EUC risk management requirements.
3. Monitor and reporton KPIsto support proactive risk management of Quantitative on actions with relevant stakeholders to resolvegaps or inconsistencies.
4. Identifyefficiency and other enhancement opportunitieswith the framework process and application for thecoverage areadesigning and working with key stakeholders to implement.
5. Serve asprimarypoint of contactto1LoD 2LoD and 3LoD regulatory examinations and address respective requests.
6. Manage teammates to ensuretimelyexecution of recruit andmaintainteammate talent.
7. Serve as the delegate for the Head of Quantitative Asset Management on regulatory and internal reviews on management and committee reporting and escalations as well as interface with senior leaders across the enterprise to ensure smooth stakeholder engagement and execution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelorsdegree or equivalent experience inFinanceEconomics BusinessMathematics or other business or risk management related areasor equivalent education and related training.
2. Eightyears of relevant experience or equivalentcombination of education andfinancial industry experiencein modeland /or EUCrisk managementincluding governanceframeworkandcontrols design and testing etc.
3. Experience leading governance forums compiling and presenting senior-leader and regulatory updates interfacing with regulators audit and other assurance functions.
4. Strong understanding and experience with coremodel risk managementguidancesuch as SR 11-7 SR 15-18/19.
5. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Comfort with public speaking senior leadership presentationsand ability to distill complex concepts into actionablenext steps. Ability to manage competing organizational priorities effectively.
6. Demonstrated ability todesign and implement aframework process or control improvement.
7. Strong work ethic&problem-solvingskills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree.
2. Relevant professional designation(s)egFRM CFA CPA.
3. Experience across large financial institutions and consulting firms a plus.
4. Knowledge/experience of best practices and current regulatory environment and associated expectations within the financial services industry.
The annual base salary for this position is $115000 - $200000.
