Lead mentor and inspire the operations team unlocking individual and collective potential

Manager of Operations (Financial Services) Qualifications
4 years in operations management with proven leadership experience required
Track record of driving operational improvements fostering culture and executing strategic initiatives required
Experience in a cyclical relationship-driven industry (e.g. financial services real estate luxury retail or similar) required
Proficiency in CRM systems MS Office and Google Workspace required
Strong presence and credibility to build trust and alignment across teams required
