ASSOCIATE PROGRAM MANAGER CAREER & ALUMNI ADVISING MIT Center for Transportation supports the Supply Chain Management Masters program (Supply Chain Management Masters Program Center for Transportation and Logistics) career education and alumni advising initiatives serving as a key point of contact for students alumni employers and internal partners. Will coordinate and execute career programming and advising activities; manage event logistics including scheduling communications and materials; support alumni engagement initiatives; maintain and analyze data in relevant systems (e.g. CRM platforms); prepare reports and track outcomes; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across programs; update website and communication content; respond to inquiries and provide high-quality customer service; and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across Career & Alumni Advising.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED:Bachelors degree; minimum three years of relevant experience in program administration higher education career services alumni relations or related field; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and project management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders; and attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. PREFERRED: Experience in higher education or career services; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM; data analysis and reporting experience; and event planning experience.
