As a Business Administrator within our Technology Division you will play a crucial role in managing the outsourced hiring process for employees.
As a Business Administrator you will:
- Liaising with Outsourcing Providers: Act as the primary point of contact with outsourcing providers to coordinate the recruitment process ensuring alignment with organizational needs and standards;
- Arranging Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and outsourced candidates ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process;
- Communication with Hiring Managers: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on the recruitment pipeline;
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for outsourced employees including facilitating necessary paperwork and informing relevant teams for account creation/suspension and access;
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outsourced employees including contracts and any other relevant documentation. Ensure that this information is easily accessible and organized.
