Campaign Overview This campaign focuses on sales through chat and voice channels for a leading telecommunications company.
Working Conditions
- Role: Sales via chat or voice for a telecommunications company.
- Salary: COP $(bi-weekly payments) uncapped sales commissions.
- Contract Type: Indefinite term.
- Work Schedule: 42 hours per week.
- Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. (two days off). Training Nesting
Training (10 days)
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Days off: Saturday & Sunday.
- Nesting (10 days)
- 42 hours per week.
- Schedules assigned according to operational needs.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma technical degree technologist or professional degree.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a call center environment.
- Location: Must reside in Bogotá.
- English Level: B2 C1.
