In this CCU role youll lead critical care delivery for patients with complex cardiovascular needs including post-operative care acute coronary syndromes and hemodynamic instability. Youll partner with nurse colleagues perfusionists respiratory therapists and physicians to implement evidence-based interventions optimize patient trajectories and mentor less-experienced staff through real-time coaching and debriefs.
