Job Summary:
Direct train and supervise a group of teammates within the24/7HealthlineDepartmenton and off site.This includesmanaging and analyzing allHealthlineactivities includingRSFPP quiet office afterhoursservicethe on-call calendars of RSFPP physicians class & event registration for RSFH physician referral CRM campaignsandothervarious departments resolution of problemstracking of call center metrics and staff supervision.
Mustdemonstratestrong leadership interpersonal relationship skills/abilities andassistwith team development in areas of continuous improvement which includebut not limitedto:coordinating work schedules monitoring performance training and orientingnew staffmemberscommunicating policies and procedures.
In addition thispositionrequires offshift availability for staff questions technicalissuesand call outs.
MinimumQualifications:
Education:Highschool diploma.Associate or bachelors degree in business administration preferred.
Experience:Atleast five (5)yearscustomer service experience or related healthcare experience. Experience should include at least threeyearscall center experience or telephone customer/patient service experience. Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
