Job Overview
This role drives the identification and delivery of new business opportunities to support organizational growth objectives. It involves structuring strategic partnerships negotiating contracts and managing ongoing business relationships. The role requires developing expertise in key market sectors and analyzing complex business opportunities. Success is measured by the ability to create and sustain valuable partnerships and contribute to strategic business development. The work impacts the organization by expanding market presence and enhancing customer and partner engagement.

This role is based at the Bellevue WA HQ
Three to Four days a week in office is required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Structure and lead strategic partnerships to achieve defined economic and operational objectives through contract negotiation and execution
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by analyzing market trends customer needs and competitive landscapes
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with internal collaborators and external industry partners to support business goals
  • Build domain expertise in critical sectors to inform strategic decision-making and opportunity assessment
  • Provide strategic analysis and recommendations on market opportunities technologies and business models to cross-functional teams
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree and 7 years of related work experience
    OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business Marketing Finance or related field (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Business development alliance management and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in consumer-focused wireless high-tech (software internet/new media entertainment/content etc.) or consumer electronics industries. (Preferred)
  • Telecommunications industry experience. (Preferred)


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Negotiation (Required)
  • Financial Analysis (Required)
  • Executive level Presentation and Communication skills (Required)


    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States


    Travel:
    Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes 10-15%

    Base Pay Range: $120500 - $217400

    Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
