Responsibilities

  • Process tickets received from internal systems.

  • Communicate with clients as needed to clarify requests.

  • Create work orders and validate required information (billable items codes priorities).

  • Assign work orders to technicians based on priority workload and operational needs.

  • Analyze situations and ensure consistent and thorough follow-up.

  • Support technicians with administrative tasks.

  • Finalize work orders (verifications amounts signatures).

  • Receive orders and invoice clients by entering all required information.

  • Send completed work documents to stakeholders.

  • Create purchase orders for payments to suppliers or external technicians.

  • Attach work orders to the corresponding purchase orders in the ERP system.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative dispatching or coordination role.

  • Must speak French

  • Comfort with computer systems: ERP ticketing systems.

  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a multi-system environment.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proven ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail rigor and organizational skills.

  • Initiative autonomy and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technician teams.
