The Team Excellence is never achieved in isolation. You will be a vital pillar of a fully resourced multidisciplinary medical team stationed permanently onboard. The entire clinical operation is overseen by our Lead British Doctor and you will work in seamless coordination with expert Physiotherapists and a hand-selected Western-trained nursing team.
The Safety We set the gold standard for clinical safety and staff well-being. A strict double-nurse shift system is permanently enforced onboard. This essential safety architecture guarantees that you are never left managing high-acuity scenarios in isolation providing immediate clinical backup and ensuring a sustainable fatigue-free environment at sea.
