Job Summary

Export Execution Manager

Location: Gdańsk Leona Droszyńskiego Street

JOB:

Directly overseeing deliveries across all export distribution channels from receipt from customers to shipment

Preparing and processing sales results under the management of the superiors

Overseeing the execution of export transactions with customers controlling incoming goods and ensuring proper execution at the subordinate location

Collaborating with Sales and other departments to ensure the most efficient execution of customer clearance

Managing the subordinate executive responsibility for budget implementation assigned by the superior

Enables the use of sales invoices and advance payment invoices by the invoicing department

Contacting customers to arrange delivery dates

In addition to the management application also fulfilling the role of the execution officer

EXPECTATIONS:

Higher education

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Minimum B2 English language skills

Knowledge of French and German is a plus

Fluency in MS Office

Knowledge of international trade rules and export procedures

Ability to read technical drawings

Category B driving license
