The Role:Lead Organizational Change Management

As an Organizational Change Management Associate intheEPMO Team you will work alongside technology leaders to help deliver people-centric technology to all S&P Global colleagues around will work with leaders and subject matter experts acrossall S&P Global technology towers collaborating with colleagues to develop and executeorganizationalchange management(OCM)strategies for end-user-facing willoperatelargely asan individual contributoras part of a specialist OCM team.

Responsibilities:

Change Planning:

  • Maintain the OCM supportintakeprocess to enable the team to plan and forecast project/product OCM needs
  • Partner with key stakeholders (e.g. DTSEngagement(User Experience Intranet team Corporate Communications People team) to align strategy audiences timing planning and delivery of OCM outputs(communicationstrainingand stakeholder engagement.)
  • Perform change impact assessments (process role technology behavior) and capture lessons learnedto continuously improve future change approaches.
  • Track change deliverables and dependencies ensuring risks/impacts are visible owned and addressed with project teams and impacted divisions to support a smooth transition to live service.

Change Strategy Execution:

  • Partner with DTSEngagement team and/or Corporate Communicationsto develop clear consistent messages for a global employee audience.
  • Execute the Organizational Change Management Plan including sourcing and coordinating subject matter expertise (SMEs) and drafting the required communications presentations and digital messaging to drive adoption of technology services enhancements and upgrades.
  • Support follow-up and delivery for key divisional initiatives coordinating actions timelines and stakeholders to keep change activities progressing and unblocked.
  • Establish change metrics and data collection methods(e.g. readiness engagement training completion adoption indicators feedback loops) and use insights to refine change tactics.

Communications Training & Content Development (Digital First)

  • Design and produce end-user communications(emails intranet news system notifications)stakeholder engagement materials(surveys presentations talking points) andtraining deliverables(Quick Reference Guides user manuals how-to videos) in partnership with project teams and communicators.
  • Conduct training needs assessmentsby user type/persona mapping current-state materials and gaps to future-state behaviors and tasks.
  • Create edit and maintain clear user-oriented documentationincluding new digital communications/content and updates to existing documentation already in circulationensuring accuracy consistency and usability.
  • Develop content spanning multiple documentation types working with SMEs to gather and validate information including:
    • user instructions for deployment and day-to-day use
    • reference information for technical features
    • architectural and operational documentation (where appropriate for the audience)
    • policy process and procedure documentation
  • Support creation and management of content on the enterprise intranet ensuring materials are findable current and aligned to communication strategy.

SME & Cross-Functional Coordination (Global Execution)

  • Work with SMEs to translate complex technical change into succinct precise messaging(communications and documentation) so end users understand whats changing why and how to engage successfully.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams and time zonesto elicit/clarify requirements coordinate draft reviews manage versioning and obtain approvals/signoff.
  • Coordinate with DTS teams to proactively communicatewhat DTS does (services engagement pathways policies/processes how to work with us) keeping contentfresh updated and relevantto strengthen internal understanding and stakeholder experience.

WhatWereLooking For:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field: communications English business management or business/communications with experience in technology
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant training/experience in internal communications stakeholder management projectmanagementor organizational change management
  • Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills with superb ability to translate ideas into clear compelling messaging
  • Strong project management and relationship management skills
  • Ability to create constructive relationships influence and communicate across various organizational teams both technical and business focused
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented professional with focus on ensuringaccurateand complete deliverables
  • Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills withdemonstratedability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a high pressure dynamic work environment
  • Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment

  • Amenable for working EMEA hours (2pm-11pm IST)/(2:30pm-11:30pm Pakistan)

Other Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Word PowerPoint) as well as other Microsoft tools like Forms Teams Power Automate
  • Experience building surveys or other feedback collection mechanisms
  • Understanding of workplace technologies
  • Experience with digital content or Intranet platforms geared specifically toward employees of a global organization is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter in terms of research and process improvement
  • Innovative ideas and the ability to clearly express them
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks for several projects at the same time often on short timelines
