Responsibilities:

Complete assigned tasks according to Road tender process.
Verification and quality checking during different tender steps according to DSV tender management process.
Communication with the commercial leads and globally located departments.
Offer preparation accordingly to the documentations.
Coordination and actualization of the files crucial for the measuring current stage of reporting process.
Supporting ad hoc tasks.
Learn and understand the underlying process of reporting tools.
Compliance with internal regulations procedures law and managers orders including labor regulations regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company including companys intellectual property protection.
Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values of DSV.
Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
Pro activeness in generating ideas to improve tender processes within DSV and participating in continuous improvement projects
Keep CRM Microsoft Dynamics up to date with all details related to Global Road Tender

Requirements:

Experience in working with and analysis of large data sets.
Experience in working under time pressure.
Knowledge of Road transport and Road tender processes is nice to have
University graduate (transportation studies are preferable) or trained forwarder.
English language on B2 level.
MS Excel on advanced level.
