Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned tasks according to Road tender process.
- Verification and quality checking during different tender steps according to DSV tender management process.
- Communication with the commercial leads and globally located departments.
- Offer preparation accordingly to the documentations.
- Coordination and actualization of the files crucial for the measuring current stage of reporting process.
- Supporting ad hoc tasks.
- Learn and understand the underlying process of reporting tools.
- Compliance with internal regulations procedures law and managers orders including labor regulations regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company including companys intellectual property protection.
- Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values of DSV.
- Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
- Pro activeness in generating ideas to improve tender processes within DSV and participating in continuous improvement projects
- Keep CRM Microsoft Dynamics up to date with all details related to Global Road Tender
Requirements:
- Experience in working with and analysis of large data sets.
- Experience in working under time pressure.
- Knowledge of Road transport and Road tender processes is nice to have
- University graduate (transportation studies are preferable) or trained forwarder.
- English language on B2 level.
- MS Excel on advanced level.
