About this Position
Involved in the day to day operations for IT Services owned by the Cloud and Infrastructure Services Department. Plan develop test and document service offerings. Lead multiple department projects from initiation to completion. Provide technical support for all OSU/A&M institutions. Own any incidents from problem investigation to resolution including training and knowledge management in the Service desk. Proactively work to improve skills through training professional development and self-guided training from manuals technical reports or collaborative experiences.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors MIS Computer Science or other related field
- Five years of systems administration experience.
