What Youll Do:
The On-Ramp Program Manager is a senior leader responsible for expanding the program to meet the needs of all young adults seeking role involves setting strategy equipping supervisors forming partnerships and developing pathways for youth Program Manager oversees both the Housing and On-Ramp programs providing strategic direction and operational oversight while supervisors handle daily operations. Key duties include ensuringobjectivesare metmaintaininghigh-quality services implementing the TIP Mode of Care and fostering a collaborative work environment. The manager also builds community partnerships to increase program impact and is part of The Relatives Senior Leadership Team advancing the organizations mission.
The Housing Case Management SupervisorandResource CenterSupervisor report directly to the On Ramp Program Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university and one yeardirectly relatedexperience orBachelorsdegree from an accredited college or university and two yearsdirectly Experience lieu of educational requirements a long history of supervisory experience in a human services agency may be acceptable.
REQUIREDCOMPETENCIES
Competencyis defined as the techniques procedures technologyskillsor equipment needed to do ones following competencies are required of this position: agespecific competency for children and adolescents competency inthe Administration of Medications Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Life Saving/Safety to include First Aid and CPR; Working with Mental Health Population through utilization ofTCIand NMTBlood Borne Pathogens and Infection Control.
