About the Role
Our client is looking for a Deputy Product Manager (or Vice Product Manager) with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building innovative products. This role bridges the gap between engineering and product strategy ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments can think critically under pressure and enjoys turning complex challenges into elegant solutions.
The ideal candidate works closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction oversee development efforts and ensure that every feature aligns with business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product leadership to define requirements roadmap priorities and go-to-market plans.
- Partner with engineering teams to translate ideas into well-structured executable plans.
- Participate in product demos client meetings and feedback sessions ensuring product alignment with user expectations.
- Troubleshoot problem-solve and adapt quickly in dynamic or client-facing situations.
- Support hands-on testing validation and performance tracking across mobile and web platforms.
- Travel occasionally for client visits team collaborations or product launches.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- Strong programming foundations with hands-on experience in at least one modern programming language.
- Familiarity with mobile app development on both Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Composure under pressure especially during live demos or client interactions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for key engagements.
