Job Summary

The Mission Step beyond the high-turnover acute care wards and into the exclusive world of private maritime medicine. We are actively seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to provide uncompromising 1:1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP. This highly prestigious role allows you to practice dedicated concierge-level healthcare while cruising an elite Mediterranean itinerary discovering sun-drenched destinations such as Malta Sicily and Menorca.

The Team Exceptional medicine requires exceptional collaboration. You will be a vital pillar of a world-class multidisciplinary medical team stationed permanently onboard. The entire clinical operation is overseen by our Lead British Doctor and you will work in seamless coordination with expert Physiotherapists and a distinguished Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety We never compromise on clinical excellence or the well-being of our staff. A strict double-nurse shift system is permanently enforced. This essential safety architecture guarantees that you are never left managing high-acuity scenarios in isolation providing immediate clinical backup and ensuring a sustainable fatigue-free environment at sea.

Requirements

Requirements To be considered for this elite private medical role candidates must possess:

  • Education: A Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of rigorous high-acuity clinical experience (Strictly limited to ICU ER or A&E).

  • Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency (Non-negotiable for seamless medical communication and charting).

  • Attributes: Unwavering professional discretion clinical adaptability and a highly polished bedside manner.
