Requirements
- Paris-based (ideally) senior B2B monetisation/commercial expert with significant network.
- Comfortable in evolving context.
- Fluent French and English; other languages bonus.
- Entrepreneurial autonomous proactive people-oriented and empathetic.
- International experience preferred.
- Strong major-enterprise network preferred.
- Comfortable with a commission equity model (note: not a salaried role).

Required Skills:
Your Role - Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR L&D leadership teams office managers) - Present and sell Culture Vitales Sessions of Vitality to new clients - Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business - Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner - Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for client Ideal Candidate - Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile - Experience working with large corporate clients - Background in HR/services events wellness or creative industries bonus - Bilingual English/French (other EU languages are a plus) - Self-driven professional and comfortable presenting to corporate clients - Based in Europe (preferably Paris)
