Job Summary

Salary range $61885 - $71640 Super

Nine Day Fortnight

Permanent Fulltime role

Closing date 5pm Monday 9th March 2026

We are seeking a motivated experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Administration Officer. Working closely with the Executive Support Officer you will play a key role in providing administration and management support. You will also provide general assistance to the Infrastructure and Planning divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values collaboration creativity and professionalism.

Ideally the successful applicant will have strong customer service skills and demonstrated experience in administration support local government knowledge with appropriate qualifications in Business Administration (Certificate IV) or equivalent. This position would also be suitable for those with extensive practical experience.
