Payroll Officer Not-for-Profit Organisation
Location: Perth CBD
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: $80000 $85000 Super
We are currently partnering with a respected Not-for-Profit organisation in the Perth CBD to recruit a Payroll Officer on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation within a friendly and supportive team environment.
About the Role
Working as part of a small finance team you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll function and assisting with related payroll administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
Processing end-to-end payroll for a medium-sized workforce
Managing timesheets leave and payroll adjustments
Ensuring accurate calculation of wages allowances and superannuation
Responding to payroll queries from employees and managers
Maintaining payroll records and employee data
Supporting payroll reporting and reconciliations
Assisting with general payroll administration tasks
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in a Payroll Officer position
Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
Experience using ADP software highly regarded
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
