Front-End Software Developer

We are looking for a Front-End Software Developer to work with our development team based in Ghent. Your mission is to built the next generation of trading related applications and services for customers and help improving our modern and dynamic web based trading platform.
Your challenges - what will you do at LYNX:
Design build and improve our web applications giving customers the best trading experience
Co-create with our UX designers to meet and exceed user expectations contribute design ideas
Continuously refine the user experience implement and act on feedback to evolve our applications and front-ends
Develop new user-facing features to make trading an enjoyable experience
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate across teams to realize a company-wide design and work on best practices
Youre offering these qualifications:
2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong experience with React /
Experience with Redux (Redux Toolkit) or other state management libraries (Zustand Pinia)
Experience with unit testing (Jest Vitest)
Experience with headless component libraries (Radix UI) is a plus
Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus
Experience with design systems (Material) is a plus
Experience with Angular is a plus
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab Jenkins) is a plus
Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional distributed agile team
Willingess to collaborate with teams across our branches in Amsterdam Berlin Prague and Ghent
