Job Summary
2nd Shift Quality Technician
Direct opportunity

Hours: 3:30pm-12am
Mason OH
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret op sheets blueprints mechanical drawings and travelers to produce products that meet or exceed customer specifications.
- Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to customer specifications using precision measuring tools and equipment as necessary such as borescopes rulers calipers gauges or micrometers.
- Maintain test and replenish dipping solutions.
- Clean parts using chemical degreaser and parts wash machine.
- Prep parts using specialized material.
- Inspect parts using ultraviolet light.
- Load and unload parts inspect parts using various precision measuring tools.
- Report proper labor hours in the ERP system.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by performing daily housekeeping duties.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
- Effective communication and people skills to maintain a working relationship with Quality and Engineering.
- Dependability integrity cooperation and taking the initiative for responsibilities and challenges are critical.
- Good and reliable attendance and a collaborative mindset are necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- CMM experience preferred
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment aerospace industry preferred
- Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Lift to 35lbs regularly
- Ability to operate autonomously and self-direct
