Job Summary

Seeking a Customer service candidate with purchase order/order processing experience.

Must have experience with International shipments.

This is a front office position not a warehouse position. Must have extensive knowledge with import/export/ ILSI and order processing

Pay: $25$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: On-site NOT REMOTE

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Associate with strong experience in shipping logistics and order processing. This role supports daily office operations manages domestic and international shipments and serves as a professional point of contact for internal and external communication.

The ideal candidate is organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and enter customer orders accurately

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments including documentation and compliance

  • Prepare shipping paperwork such as commercial invoices and related logistics documents

  • Track scan and maintain shipping and compliance records

  • Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory coordination

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

  • Perform general administrative and office support duties

  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of recent experience in administrative support shipping logistics or order processing

  • Experience with international shipping and import/export documentation

  • Strong knowledge of shipping and logistics processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable proactive and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP or inventory/order management systems

  • Background in manufacturing distribution or logistics environments

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift office boxes or other items if needed

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use

Background and Drug test required
