Summary: The CWC Clinical Supervisor works closely with the CWC Program Director in the provision of clinical supervisory services to mental health professionals and case managers. This position provides clinical services to agency patients admitted to the CWC. The CWC Clinical Supervisor works in a supportive role within the Crisis Triage and Stabilization (CTS) Program and the Involuntary Treatment (ITA) Services Program.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION
The CWC Clinical Supervisor must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WA WACs and have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Supervisory and program management experience is desirable. Demonstrated experience providing supervision and/or mentoring to subordinate staff or co-workers. Demonstrated experience at providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals early in recovery from alcohol and other drugs.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the essential functions of the job the incumbent is regularly required to sit speak clearly hear and use hands and fingers to manipulate writing utensils and keys on a keyboard. The incumbent is occasionally required to stand walk reach with hands or arms stoop kneel crouch or lift and/or move maximum of 25 lbs.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Working hours are spent indoors in offices or meeting rooms. Occasional supervision of outdoor activities visits to community agencies and participation in staff retreats and staff development activities may be required.

Salary: $27.50- $37.50/hr DOE
