Job Summary

Provide clinical and executive leaders with strategic advice counsel and recruitment strategy planning to ensure the timely and effective recruiting of qualified Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) candidates. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing and screening through complex offer negotiations and onboarding to meet clinical staffing and growth goals.

Required Education and Experience
B.A. or B.S. degree in Marketing Human Resources or related field or equivalent experienceMinimum six (6) years recruitment experience with supporting executive leaders with full-cycle supportThree (3) plus years experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies (leadership executive clinical specialty)ATS proficiency and experience with HRMS software (Workday PeopleSoft Oracle)

Experience recruiting Physician and APP candidatesThree (3) years full cycle recruiting experience with Physician and APP candidatesFamiliarity with AI tools to augment recruiting and sourcing activitiesExperience using a CRM for candidate sourcing and pipelinesCertified Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) from AAPPR or PHR/SHRM certification.

Compensation Range

$107431.00 - $161147.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
