- Ensure the recruiting processes are delivering effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs
- Support all stages of the hiring process (pre-selection interviews and offers)
- Partner with colleagues executive management site leaders and the HR community to determine the current and future recruiting needs
- Target and assess top talent to fill openings at all levels of the organization
- Develop and execute candidate generation strategies while building a pipeline of talent with an emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion
- Source passive candidates through formal and informal network alliances complex internet searches database mining including the use of social media platforms
- Perform extensive market research and industry calibration
- Collaborate with other central recruiting resources to drive an integrated productive and cost-effective recruiting strategies and improve Talent Acquisition effectiveness.
- Be involved in selecting and partnering with external research/search firms when needed.
- Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends
Qualifications :
- 510 years of full-cycle recruiter experience (required)
- Hybrid work model in office 3 days per week MF 40 hours per week
- No director-level experience required or needed
- Prior LinkedIn Recruiter experience (required)
- Manufacturing and/or Engineering recruiting experience preferred
