The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Sr. Vice President Product Management to lead Exotels product function. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping product strategy driving innovation scaling our product portfolio and ensuring Exotels offerings deliver differentiated value to enterprise customers globally.
As the product leader you will sit on the executive leadership team and work closely with the CEO CTO CRO and other senior leaders to align product strategy with business objectives market opportunities and customer needs.
What Youll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for Exotels CPaaS CCaaS and AI-driven communication offerings.
Translate market insights customer needs and technology trends into a bold product roadmap that accelerates business growth and strengthens Exotels leadership position.
Identify and execute opportunities to expand into adjacent markets create new revenue streams and deliver intelligent data-driven customer engagement solutions.
Product Portfolio & Execution
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation discovery design and development to launch adoption and ongoing improvement.
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality scalable and secure products on time and with measurable impact.
Drive prioritization and decision-making using data customer feedback and strategic trade-offs across short-term execution and long-term innovation.
Ensure seamless integration of machine learning and AI-powered capabilities into Exotels product suite.
Customer & Market Impact
Champion customer-centricity by deeply understanding enterprise customer needs user behavior and industry pain points.
Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Customer Success to ensure market-fit adoption and value realization.
Represent Exotels products externally with key customers industry analysts and at global forums to strengthen brand and market presence.
Organization & Leadership
Build mentor and inspire a world-class product management organization with strong domain expertise strategic thinking and execution discipline.
Define product management frameworks metrics and processes that enable scale speed and alignment with company goals.
Foster a culture of structured thinking bold innovation data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
What Youll Bring
15 years of experience with at least 5 years in senior product leadership (VP/SVP/CPO) roles in fast-scaling enterprise SaaS or platform companies.
Proven track record of building and scaling product portfolios in high-growth B2B SaaS ideally in communications cloud infrastructure or AI-driven platforms.
Strong background in customer engagement communications technology or enterprise-grade software products.
Demonstrated success in bringing AI-powered or intelligent automation features to market at scale.
Deep expertise in product strategy lifecycle management and leading customer-first product organizations of 30 PMs.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to balance innovation execution and business impact.
Excellent communication storytelling and influencing skills comfortable engaging with C-level customers board members and cross-functional teams.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field.
