Youll support all hiring . From sourcing to offer youll partner with hiring managers and HR to make smart timely hires that fuel our mission.
What You Get To Do:
- Proactively source candidates using job boards career sites hiring events referrals and creative outreach.
- Screen and evaluate talent.
- Build and maintain an active searchable pipeline in SmartRecruiters with smart tagging and talent community tools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers offering insights on roadblocks like compensation skills and sourcing tactics.
- Represent Crystal Clear at career fairs networking and community events to build awareness and attract talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a true brand ambassador.

This is an hourly position: $20-$25 hr. based on experience plus performance bonus.
Qualifications :
MUST HAVE:
- 1 year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelors degree. Or a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Proven experience sourcing interviewing and hiring hourly workforces with a strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies.
- Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed LinkedIn ZipRecruiter CareerBuilder etc.
- Skilled in HRIS systems like Workday SmartRecruiters experienced with Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools like Zoom.
- Proficient in Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint for efficient communication reporting and documentation.
