IT Desk Site Support - System Analyst (m/w/d)

as a System Analyst (m/f/d) you are the first point of contact for our employees for all questions regarding hardware applications and support them with your expertise in solving IT problems.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for end-user support (2nd level) and system availability within predefined timeframes within SLA targets.
  • Assist with change control and any infrastructure changes that help to improve functionality
  • User- and device management (e.g. hardware licenses equipment) including documentation
  • Support business departments when issues arise and to identify potential improvements
  • Attention to data and system security and privacy compliance
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and participate in global IT roll-outs
  • Collaborate with site leader and management team
  • Daily participation in regional meetings

Your profile:

  • Completed IT education (e.g. Diploma in computer science Bachelor Univ.) or similar
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the role
  • Work experience in the end-user support area or comparable areas
  • Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
  • Experiences with Microsoft Office product family
  • Basic knowledge about IT infrastructure
  • Detailed and solution-oriented work style as well as flexibility
  • Ability to work under stress sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
  • Good English skills
