Job Summary
Your influential mission. You will...
- Support the monthend and yearend closing processes by performing cost reconciliations implementing cost allocation rules in SAP and reviewing TB PL and BS.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual Group reports in line with Group requirements.
- Prepare monthly and annual budgets and forecasts under the general guidance of the direct manager.
- Create supporting Excel files for cost analyses (budget vs. actual) along with various monthly reports and checks.
- Manage company POs monitor their approval workflow and ensure their correct reflection in the Monthly Cash Request.
- Take part in the companys payment process by performing all related checks.
- Participate in the bookkeeping process in SAP.
- Assist in preparing the Annual Financial Statements required by the Bulgarian Tax Authorities and support the annual audit process.
Qualifications :

- Bring at least 5 years of professional accounting experience including 2 years in an international company.
- Hold a higher education degree preferably in Accounting Finance or Economics.
- Demonstrate deep accounting knowledge.
- Use Excel at an intermediate level to support analyses and reporting.
- Possess a good level of written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Analyze financial data with accuracy and critical thinking.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
- Stay wellorganized punctual and attentive to detail in all tasks.
- Prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines and manage workload.
