ビジネスリーダーに信頼されるアドバイザーとして振るまいグローバルな優先事項と日本の状況に沿った戦略的なナラティブキャンペーンアクティベーションのローカライズを主導します

• 日本におけるアーンドペイドシェアードオウンドメディア戦略の推進
• 代理店管理予算管理および計画立案
• 市場の優先事項ナラティブ新製品導入およびキャンペーンに沿ったコミュニケーションプランの策定および実行
• ビジネスリーダーに信頼されるパートナーおよびアドバイザーとしての役割
• リージョンのコンテンツリード担当者と連携し日本HPのエクゼクティブのリーダーシップが円滑に進むよう支援推進
• グローバル戦略および日本HPのコミュニケーションプランの監督
• 戦略実行およびKPIリーチとエンゲージメントについての責任
• 現地の危機管理コミュニケーションおよび対外対応を担当主導
• 国別計画と整合させるため市場マネジメントスタッフの会議に参加
• アジア地域の コミュニケーションマネージャーにレポート

必要なスキル経験

The Communications Lead for Japan will be accountable for developing driving and executing the overall communications strategy including thought leadership initiatives corporate and product storytelling media strategy content creation and agency management across the market. This position will serve as trusted advisor to country leadership and will lead localization of strategic narratives campaigns and activations aligned to global priorities and local dynamics.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive earned paid shared and owned media strategy across Japan; manage agency budget and planning
• Define and execute integrated communications plan aligned to market priorities narratives new product introductions and campaigns
• Serve as trusted counsel and partner to local leadership
• Lead local MD thought leadership in partnership with pan-region content lead
• Oversee the country communications plan based on global strategy and local priorities
• Accountable for strategy execution and KPIs (reach and engagement)
• Own and lead local crisis comms and external response
• Attend market management staff calls to ensure alignment to country plans
• Reports to Head of Communications Greater Asia

The ideal candidate is a passionate driven self-starter with excellent writing skills meticulous attention to detail outstanding business acumen and the ability to work under pressure in a complex environment supporting various stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Journalism or Communications (preferred)
• Self-starter with ability to work effectively in a global remote team
• Media-savvy with experience across earned owned shared and paid media
• 10 years of experience working for a name brand tech brand or tech PR agency
• Proven expertise in the art of storytelling
• Blend of strategic mindset with hands-on communications skills
• Excellent narrative development writing and editing skills
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
• Ability to quickly ramp-up and make an immediate impact
• Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Superior communications and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships with key journalists influencers and analysts
• Experience managing a budget and day-to-day operations
• Fluency in English and Japanese required
• Position based in Tokyo
