Job Summary
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Providing customer uniform fitting service through Military MTM
- Provide customer service and support for Military uniform alterations
- Travel to Military bases and stations for trade fairs and customer fittings
- Support department manager with VIP accounts as necessary
- Support manager as point of contact and customer services with Bespoke customers
- Support scheduling diary for MTM fittings and appointments
- Manage and support telephone and email orders/enquires
- Manage and support Military walk in service fitting and sales
- Support and administrate stock buy requirements
- Develop and maintain contact library suppliers partners services
- Develop maintain and support regulation library print and digital
Qualifications :
Key Requirements & Skills
- Tailoring Expertise: Proficiency in measuring marking and altering garments -Preferred
- Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure uniforms adhere to strict military regulations and standards - Essential
- Customer Service: Ability to interact with Military personnel at all levels to discuss various fittings and requirements - Essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Good time management and organisation skills - Essential
- Competent with Word Outlook and Excel - Essential
- A knowledge or interest in military uniforms Preferred
- Driving license Preferred
