Job Summary
About the role: this program is designed for recent graduates with a strong interest in technical excellence and innovation. Over the course of two years you will rotate through various positions gaining hands-on experience in production maintenance engineering etc. You will work on significant projects collaborate with experienced professionals and enhance the skills needed to drive technological advancements within our organization. This is a valuable opportunity to continue to elevate your technical expertise and make a substantial impact on our operations.
What we offer: embark on a 2 year international journey starting in September 2026 and experience hands-on involvement across our business units. You will be coached and mentored by seasoned professionals within the company receiving expert and personalized guidance and support throughout your journey. After the program we will align your interests and experience with a permanent role in our company.
Qualifications :
Ideal profile: you have recently graduated (or will graduate in June 2025) in Engineering. You demonstrate a drive for initiative robust problem-solving skills and talent for effective communication and teamwork. Adaptability to diverse projects and locations is crucial along with proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch and French is a bonus.
