What is the Graduate Development Program (GDP)
The GDP is atwo-yearprogram designed to launch your career and accelerate your development to meaningful projectsand gain a comprehensive view of how our organization works to deliver valueforpatients.

Throughout the programyoullcollaboratewithdifferentteams with exposure to areas such asLearning & Development Internal Communication Data &InsightsandLearning Operations among others.

While being fully supported through dedicated coaching from your manager and the extensive UCB resources you will be encouraged to explore new ideas test approaches and learn from experience. Not every experiment will succeedand that is part of the learning process. You will have the opportunity to pilot ideas experiment with tools and approaches gather feedback and continuously improve the way we design and communicate learning experiences

By the end of the programyoullhave contributed todrivingcommunication for theLearning portfolioandsupportingUCBs growth culture as well as building strong professional capabilities such as stakeholder & project management skills.

As part of UCBs Early Talent communityyoullalso connect with peers through workshops site visits and networking events that enrich your learning and broaden your perspective.

Whatyouneed tojoin Mandatoryrequirements
To fullyparticipateand grow in the program you must have:

• A recent Master degree in Human Resources Business Administration Communication or similar
• Early-career status (no more than two years of professional experience)
• Fluency in English
• Legal right to work in Belgium

Youdontneed prior experience in biopharma tosucceedwerehiring for potential.
