Job Summary

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager youll play a key leadership role within our National Field Sales team. This is a handson position where you lead from the front coaching your team in the field driving commercial outcomes and building a culture of accountability and performance.

What Youll Be Doing

Spend 23 days per week in the field coaching and supporting your team
Build a resultsdriven accountable culture aligned to strategy and KPIs
Provide accurate market insights and regional performance updates through weekly and monthly reporting
Develop and deliver professional sales presentations to elevate customer engagement
Build customer budgets across the portfolio and manage promotional activity
Oversee pointofsale execution in line with Lactalis gotomarket guidelines

About You

Youre a commercially minded leader who thrives in a fastpaced customerfocused environment. You bring strong business acumen a passion for coaching and the ability to influence outcomes.

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in business (preferred)
Strong financial understanding budgeting P&L to EBIT negotiation capability
Deep knowledge of competitive environments across category and channel
Advanced presentation skills and strong data analysis capability
Customercentric mindset with strong retailer and channel understanding
Experience in market activation
