DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Health & Safety Manager Compliance in Goulburn.

This role will support site-based Health Safety and Environmental management plans. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure HSE objectives are met. Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE matters.

Your typical day at DSV:
Conducting regular internal audits and inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance.
Implementing corrective and preventive actions based on audit finding.
Liaising with external auditors for certifications and accreditation.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation standards and regulations related to health safety and the environment.
Ensuring that the organizations HSE policies and procedures are followed.
Providing HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
Investigating incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

About you:

Experience in developing and implementing HSE systems.
Familiarity with relevant legislation standards and regulations.
Complete knowledge of relevant management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
