• Greet guests warmly while ensuring safety and order at the door
• Verify IDs and enforce responsible alcohol service; refuse entry to underage or overly intoxicated guests
• Monitor guest behavior and respond to conflicts professionally and discreetly
• Manage crowd flow line organization and foot traffic during peak periods and events
• Communicate guest or safety concerns promptly to management
• Assist team members with guest service and security as needed
• Maintain situational awareness to prevent safety or security issues
• Perform end-of-night duties to maintain readiness and ensure smooth operations for the next day
• Uphold all safety sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; applicants must be 21 or older
• Must have or be able to obtain ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
• Previous experience in nightlife doorman or high-volume hospitality/security roles preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional guest-focused demeanor
• Calm assertive and able to handle high-pressure situations confidently
• Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and manage busy entrances safely
