What Youll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to warm leads
Setting qualified appointments for our outside sales team
Following a structured daily call schedule
Tracking your performance and pushing to exceed goals
Bringing energy and focus every single day
This is a metrics-driven environment. The scoreboard matters.
What Were Looking For
Punctual early is on time on time is late
Coachable and disciplined
Strong communicator who isnt afraid of the phone
Competitive and motivated by results

Phone or sales experience is a plus but mindset and work ethic matter more. We will train the right person.
What We Offer
$18/hr base pay three types of bonuses
Team average: $22$35/hr with bonuses
Top performers: $35$50/hr
Automatic performance review after 30 days

Schedule Options
Part-Time: MondayFriday (minimum 15 hours/week)
Full-Time available for the right performer
