POSITION SUMMARY:
The Graphic Artist is reasonable for delivering all hotel artworks including hotel collaterals signages advertising materials and promotion creative.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. BRAND IMPLEMENTATION- Ensure that all hotel artwork adheres to brand standard.
- Ensures all collaterals adhere to brand guidelines by following the graphic standard manual.
- Develops creative that reflect the brand culture and projects the image of the brand.
2. CREATIVE CONCEPT- Develop and create hotel creatives/artwork for hotel promotions.
- Participates in conceptualizing of artworks together with the Public Relations Manager and the department.
- Handles the execution of the artwork requirements of the hotel as delegated by the Public Relations Manager.
- Implements all photography/photo coverage requirements for documentation and press release purposes.
- Maintains professional business confidentiality.
- Coordinates the design and printing of outlet menus and other Food & Beverage collaterals.
- Conceptualizes and takes charge of the production of hotel posters.
- Coordinates with printers and papers and art suppliers to ensure the hotels needs are responded to in a timely manner.
3. ADMINISTRATION- Keeps all marketing and public relations files.
- Maintains and updates sales and marketing inventory.
- Keeps all marketing files and collaterals soft copy and hard copy on file.
- Keeps on file all hotel photos.
- Maintains cleanliness of the electronic signage within the hotel.
- Requests and maintains par stock of art materials being used.
- Coordinates with the staff from other departments for completion of art requirements.
- Regularly attends meetings of the Director of Communications.
4. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems of unusual matters of significance.
- Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Hotel employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
- At all times project a favorable image of Quest Hotel.
5. OTHER DUTIES
- Performs other duties and functions which may be assigned by the immediate superiors.
