What Youll Do
- Diagnose interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic adult/pediatric illnesses applying evidenced-based medical practices
- Collaborate with the patient and patients family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patients health progress
- Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
- Refer to specialists when appropriate
- Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals
Qualifications
- Unrestricted and active California Nurse Practitioner License
- Current BLS ACLS certification
- Current California DEA certificate prior to start date
- Proficiency with EMRs
- Must be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Youre Great for This Role If You Have:
- At least one year of experience working as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner
- Internal medicine or primary care experience
- Interest in working with Medicare patients
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a daily basis Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. The clinic is located at 1518 Noriega St San Francisco CA 94122.
- The base pay range for this role is $150000 - $174000 yearly. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
